What's happened?? I stopped in yesterday for food and the quality has really changed. I will never recommend anything but the egg drop soup, egg roll and fried rice. The almond chicken was boring, the general tso's had no flavor. So sad to see a place that I would be happy to stop at become a place that I may avoid.

I was horrified to find a Gnat (flying bug) in my soup! I was so upset and disgusted... I could only imagine if I found a bug in my soup what would I find in my entree... I wouldn't recommend anyone to dine there unless you want a special treat in your food!

The food here is absolutely disgusting. The egg roll filling was inedible, the vegetables tasted old and left a really bitter taste in my mouth. The crab rangoons were decent but that was the only good thing about my meal. The General Tso's chicken is the most disgusting dish I have ever seen. It is bright red, looks like coagulated blood, and the taste is really offensive. It almost tastes as if it was made with ketchup. I really don't recommend getting food from here.

I've been coming here for takeout for years. I've never eaten in this joint because it's not that exciting of a place to go and eat at but I love stopping by for some good quality food on those nights I just don't feel like cooking. They give you a ton of food, enough for lunch the next day for sure. I've never had any trouble with this place and the food it always hot and tasty. They have never made any mistakes to my takeout and it's always ready on time. If you're looking for some good Chinese takeout you should give this place a shot you won't be disappointed. I would suggest something off the menu but it so hard because everything I've had has been very good. I just wish they had shrimp chips.

Myself and a friend went to eat here a few months ago. I was shocked the place was a mess. I wanted to leave but I heard such great things about the food so I wanted to stick it out. I placed my order and was seated. the server was not very friendly and treated us very rudely. we got our drinks and our food came shortly after and I was very disappointed. the General Tso's Chicken was something that you could have gotten out of the freezer isle in your grocery store for half the price. I could not even finish the food because I was appalled at the taste and presentation of the dish. it was a very disappointing experience it did not live up to the hype and I will needless to say not be eating here again. I am shocked that this place has been open for as long as it has been the place is dirty and the service is not very good. oh and as an added kicker I got food poisoning the next day... stay away if you value your health!!!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
